Privacy Policy

When you use the contact form, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), service interest, and message content.

When you use the AI concierge Janus, conversations are processed by AI services to generate responses. This includes any information you share during the conversation.

I use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, provide requested services, and improve my offerings. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to roger@griffinatlas.io. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to the processing and transmission of form data. I retain form submissions for the purpose of business correspondence.

Janus conversations are processed by AI services to generate relevant responses about Griffin Atlas services. Conversations are not shared with third parties.

Your conversation stays in your own browser for the length of your visit and is not stored on any Griffin Atlas server. Janus keeps no record of you between visits. If you want Roger to see something from a conversation, send it through the contact form.

Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of business correspondence. Janus conversations are not retained at all — they live in your browser for the current visit and are gone when the session ends.

You can request deletion of any of your data at any time by emailing roger@griffinatlas.io or asking Janus directly — deletion requests are handled by Roger personally.
