Where I come from

Today I work with towns, small businesses, growing tech companies, and individuals who want technology that just works. The reason I can move that broadly is what I did before: nine years inside an MSP, running infrastructure for town halls, police departments, municipalities on shoestring budgets, and nonprofits doing critical work with barely any tech support. The escalations stopped being theoretical.

I'm not just behind a desk. I'm site lead for these organizations, the direct point of contact for their executive directors and department heads. I sit in on project planning, lead implementations, and make sure the people running these orgs get the same attention that Fortune 500 companies expect.

What I build

I also build things. AI assistants, developer tools, automation platforms, full-stack applications. The AI on this site is Janus, the first employee of Griffin Atlas. It qualifies leads, answers service questions, and works 24/7 while I sleep. Every agent I build for my own company is proof of what I can build for yours.

How I decide what's worth it

Becoming a father changed how I think about work. Everything I put time into now has to be worth the hours away from my family. That makes me pickier about who I work with and more honest about what I recommend. If something isn't worth your money, I'll just say so.

Why I started Griffin Atlas

I started Griffin Atlas because I want to help people on my own terms. A real technology partner for individuals and businesses in the DC Metro area. AI solutions and custom software for clients anywhere. No ticket queues, no sales pitches. Just straightforward help from someone who builds the tools, not just recommends them.
